Payment of your order at a MONEYGRAM branch

  • Payment at a MoneyGram branch, or on the MoneyGram website with your credit card
  • Internet payments have a maximum of € 300 (or 300$), depending on the country. But agency transfers are not limited.
  • Minimum order of 50 € (or 60$)
  • No additional costs (but the transaction costs will be at your expense)

1 – Go to a Moneygram branch to pay for your order

Please go to the Moneygram branch of your choice with your ID and our Moneygram payment information:

Please note, this beneficiary is for single use only, for this order. On a next order, we will automatically give you another beneficiary.

Be careful not to reverse the name and surname of the beneficiary.

If the beneficiary's name and surname are reversed, it is impossible for us to withdraw the money and you will have to make a new payment.

In branch, complete the paper form "Send money" with the following information:

    • The names and first names of the beneficiary (please pay attention to the spelling and be careful not to invert name and first name).
    • The names and first names of the person who paid for the order (as they appear on the identity papers).
    • The city and country of destination.
    • The amount you want to send.
    • Born not specify that it is a commercial transaction.
    • Please request that the recipient receive the same currency as yours.
      For example, if you are paying in €, please request that the beneficiary receive €. 
      But if you are paying with $, please request that the recipient receive $. 
      If you are paying in a currency other than $ or, then please request that the beneficiary receive in $.

Give the teller the amount of your order and pay transaction costs at your expense.

2 – Send us the proof of payment via our confirmation form:

Once your payment is confirmed through Moneygram, complete the confirmation form below confirming that you have sent the payment. This step is important and mandatory.

Important : Be careful not to make a mistake in the payment information below. Any error will result in a delay in the validation of your payment (48h to 1 week).

    3 – Once the information is validated, we ship your order within 48 hours

    After validating your payment, we ship your order within 48 hours on average (working days).

    Your tracking number to track the shipment of your package will be sent to you by email. This number is also available in your client area.
