Description

Known to be a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, Afilta (Tadafil) 20mg works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual activity, thereby causing an erection. Afilta 20mg erection pills are not an aphrodisiac and stimulation will be required to develop an erection.

The recommended dose of Afilta 20mg in 24 hours is 20mg (1 tablet). However, the starting dose of Generic Afilta should be 10mg and 5mg for men 65 years and older. It is to be taken 60 minutes before sexual activity. Generic Afilta tablets can be taken with or without food. And always take this medication with a full glass of water.
