Be at the TOP for a successful cutting!

You have just completed a mass gain cycle. You have gained weight, mass and strength. You are satisfied with this step. However, the mass gain also made you gain too much weight and makes you look bloated, not very aesthetic.

So now comes the cutting stage. It is a cycle during which you will lose excess fat, to reveal the harmonious design of your muscles.

However, to achieve a good cut, and obtain results that meet your expectations, you must lay the essential foundations of a cut, namely: a diet adapted to this period combined with an appropriate training. Finally, sports supplements can be good guides towards success.

A special dcutting diet, rich in protein

We are what we eat. This simple saying tells us a lot about the place that food occupies in the balance of our body. The diet will represent 50% of the success of your cut. If you exercise with too heavy a diet, then all your efforts will be wasted. If you eat, but imbalanced, then you risk losing weight, but also your hard-earned muscles. It would be a shame after these months of effort spent in the weight room, to see all these hopes drop.

So, before starting your cutting cycle, have the right reflex and opt for a diet rich in protein.

The principle of a cut will be to lose the fat accumulated during the mass gain period. As with any diet, you will therefore have to reduce your calorie intake so that your body is in deficit and goes to use your fat reserves.   Bring in your daily intake, enough protein therefore protects your muscles against their melting.

Protein intake

The protein are used to build muscles. They allow the muscles to heal after each weight training session. But they are also essential for building bones and strengthening our immune system.

For a person practicing bodybuilding, it is therefore recommended to take 2g / kg of protein per day. A person weighing 80 kilos, will then have to consume 160g of protein per day.

Our body cannot ingest too much protein, so it will be preferable to divide the ration per day into three intakes: in the morning when you get up, after training and in the evening.

What foods can you find protein in?

  • Animal proteins : eggs, fish, white meat, red meat (to be consumed in small quantities), dairy products and shellfish.
  • Vegetable proteins present in soybeans, wheat germs, spirulina, lentils, walnuts, chickpeas, quinoa, pumpkin seeds.

What about fats and carbohydrates in all of this?

The principle of the cut will be to maximize proteins, by reducing the intake of carbohydrates and lipids in order to burn stored fat while maintaining muscle mass. However, the body needs the intake of these three nutrients to ensure its balance and function.

Carbohydrates will have an important role during your cycle since they will provide energy to the body. It is therefore important to promote low glycemic index carbohydrates and a high consumption of vegetables in order to prevent insulin spikes responsible for fat storage.

Regarding lipids, it is advisable to limit saturated fatty acids such as butter, sour cream and cheese. Favor vegetable oils and oilseeds. 1 gram per body weight, per day is recommended.

Your diet in a few points:

  • 55% of protein, 35% of carbohydrates and 10% of lipids
  • 5 to 6 meals / snacks per day, every three hours

Hydrate yourself regularly and sufficiently (0.05 liter per kilo) to facilitate the elimination of toxins.

Maintain your training!

The cutting period does not symbolize an end to weight training sessions. Did you gain muscle during your mass gain? Perfect. Now, you have to continue to maintain it with your usual training program. You'll just be a little more tired than usual and may not lift as much. But, a training that has been proven to continue during the dry period.

Add, on rest days, cardio sessions, such as cycling, treadmill or even stepper and rower. These exercises will allow you to increase your calorie expenditure.

Work your abdominals three times a week to give them a fine and precise contour.

Do not forget also the work of the legs which represents a significant caloric expenditure.

Finally, perform long enough series to get the body to draw on its reserves.

Sports supplements: good guides towards success

Thecutting period is always a delicate moment for the athlete. The latter must continue his training to maintain his acquired muscle mass, but by limiting his caloric intake. He will then feel weaker, more tired. Certain sports supplements can then accompany it to burn fat more quickly without affecting the muscle mass.


T-3

T-3 is a thyroid hormone, used during the cutting period or to lose weight.

Indeed, T-3 will accelerate the breakdown of excess proteins in the body, thus limiting weight gain. Excellent fat burner, T-3 also accelerates the breakdown of glucose and cholesterol. Finally, T-3 increases body temperature. When taking it, we sweat more, so we eliminate more toxins.

T-3 is often used as a 6-week cycle, at a rate of 25mcg to be taken in the morning with breakfast and 25mcg in the evening, with a meal.


The Clenbuterol

Clenbuterol is basically a bronchodilator used on racehorses. It quickly found its place in weight rooms, for its ability to metabolize fatty tissue while protecting muscle fibers.

Clenbuterol is therefore an excellent fat burner used for weight loss or cutting periods.

Taken in cycle of 4 to 6 weeks, at a rate of 650-120mcg per day for the men and 50 - 90 mcg per day for the women.


The Winstrol

During your cutting period, Wintrol will allow you to gain or keep lean muscle. It will also give you strength, always useful in this delicate period. However, it must be accompanied by a diet adapted to the cut, to obtain good results.

 

 

 

 


The primobolan

Famous anabolic steroid, Primobolan is excellent for boosting hair loss. Indeed, having a strong capacity to retain nitrogen, it will allow you to gain muscles and especially to keep them during the cutting period.

During the cycle, orally, the recommended doses are as follows:

  • For men: 50-100mgs per day
  • For women: 10-25mgs per day

Drostanolone / Masteron

The Masteron steroid will provide the body with a high level of androgen hormones, thus making it easier to build firm, lean muscle without water retention.

By no means allowing the gain of volume, Masteron easily finds its place in the leanness cycle in order to bring or improve the muscle strength.

The recommended dose for a cutting cycle is between 200mg and 400mg per week for men and around 50mg for women.

 


TheAnavar

 

Anavar is not the most powerful steroid, but it remains very useful during cutting periods, to effectively maintain lean mass.

A dosage of only 50mg per day will be more than enough for the maintenance of the muscles.

 

 

 


Some examples of cycles for a successful cut

In order to strengthen the performance of sports supplements, it is possible to combine them for better results. Here are some examples of cycles followed during the cutting period:


Anavar + Winstrol

This 6-week cycle will help you build quality muscle mass, along with increased strength. This cycle does not cause any water retention and promotes the melting of adipose tissue.

For 6 weeks, take 40mg of Winstrol per day, 30mg of Anavar and 3 tablets of Samarin for liver protection. A recovery of 21 days will be necessary at the end of cut by taking 1 Clomid per day.


Clenbuterol + T-3

This cycle is also spread over 6 to 10 weeks. Its action will focus on weight loss by burning fat. This cycle provides good muscle striation.

This cycle will give you:

  • Incredible weight loss.
  • A transformation of your fat into muscles.
  • A beautiful muscle definition.

Take 25mcg of T-3 per day for 6 weeks. For Clenbuterol, the latter will be taken every two days: 40mcg for 2 days, then two days off, without taking. So on, for 8 weeks.


Winstrol + Primobolan

This 8 week cycle is ideal for obtaining perfect muscle definition. The fats will turn into muscles during the tcycle. In the end, you will have strong, well-shaped muscles.

Over the 8 weeks:

- Weeks 1 to 3: take 1ml of winstrol + 1ml of Primobolan

- Weeks 4 and 5: take 2 ml of Winstrol + 2 ml of Primobolan

- Weeks 6 to 8: take 1 ml of Winstrol + 1 ml of Primobolan
